Frequently Asked Questions
Answers before you book.
The two questions we get most – infrastructure ownership and the guarantee terms – are covered first.
Because it means the infrastructure is yours from day one - not something you're trusting us to hand over later. We configure, authenticate, and warm everything for you, but the accounts (currently via Porkbun for domains and Zapmail for mailboxes) are registered under your name and billed to you directly. If you ever stop working with us, nothing is lost or needs transferring - it was always yours.
If your campaign doesn't generate at least 2 qualified sales conversations - a scheduled call or reply from a contact matching your agreed ICP, expressing genuine interest - within your first 30 days, we'll continue optimizing the campaign for an additional 2 weeks at no extra charge. This is the sole remedy for underperformance under this promise; it doesn't extend to a refund of fees already paid, and the exact terms are set out in the service agreement you'll receive before we start.
Yes. Every engagement starts by mapping the ICP, buying triggers, and intent signals specific to your niche - we don't run the same campaign for every agency regardless of what you place. If we're not confident we can do this well for your specific niche, we'll tell you honestly on the call rather than take the engagement anyway.
Two weeks from signing to your first send. That covers domain/mailbox authentication and warm-up, list building and verification, the Buying Trigger Scan, and sequence copywriting. Warm-up specifically can't be rushed without risking deliverability, so this timeline is a floor, not a target we cut corners to beat.
Enterprise-grade sending, verification, and automation infrastructure, configured specifically for cold outbound deliverability - not a generic email marketing tool repurposed for cold send. We're glad to walk through the setup in more detail on the call.
Retainer tiers run month-to-month after an initial 3-month minimum term, with 14 days' written notice to cancel after that. Because your domains and mailboxes are registered to you, cancelling never puts your infrastructure at risk - it stays yours either way.
The Qualified Call Promise guarantees qualified conversations, not closed deals - what you do with those conversations is naturally outside what an outbound campaign can control. We're upfront about that distinction rather than implying a revenue guarantee we can't actually back.
